Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and effectively communicating the value of our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Research and target prospective clients within our ideal customer profile, understanding their needs and pain points to effectively position our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking activities and progress in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sales collateral to support outbound sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
