Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing creative projects, and analyzing campaign performance to drive actionable insights and optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, utilizing a mix of channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Lead the creative development process, working closely with our design and content teams to deliver compelling and on-brand assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1-2 years in digital marketing, with a focus on client services, creative development, and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and data to clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on ability to utilize HubSpot’s Marketing Hub (experience in other areas of HubSpot a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
