Job Description

​We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Your job is simple and important: start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This is a great role if you want to build real sales skills, work in a structured environment, and earn more as your performance improves. No cold “guesswork” — we provide training, scripts, and leads so you can focus on executing and getting better every day.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and emails to warm and cold prospects using provided lead lists
  • Follow proven call scripts and talk tracks (with room to improve them over time)
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team
  • Update notes and activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Hit daily and weekly activity goals (calls, conversations, meetings booked)
  • Learn how modern B2B sales actually works through hands-on training and coaching
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a B2B environment
  • Experience in technology or software sales is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, conduct business development activities, and meet or exceed targets
  • Prior experience with digital marketing campaigns and warm calling strategies is a plus
